Lumi-noble processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
 
Shipping Service Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
 
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
 
Shipping Rates
Our domestic flat-rate shipping tiers are as follows:
 
Small Package: $7.99
Medium Package: $9.99
Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $50.00 or more
 
 
*Standard Shipping is FREE on orders totaling $50.00 USD or more AFTER any discounts or promotions are applied. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges do not count toward the subtotal required to qualify for free shipping.
 
Shipping Carrier Performance
We work with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak volume periods, or external factors outside of Lumi-noble’s control may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
 
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumi-noble.com so we can make it right. Photo documentation may be requested for claim validation.

Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
 
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
 
✔ Product must have been purchased directly from lumi-noble.com
✔ Product must be within the 30-day window
 
*Products purchased through retailers or online marketplaces (e.g., pet stores, Amazon, specialty shops, groomers) must be handled directly with the retailer. Their policies will apply — however, if you need help or things don’t get resolved, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us 🙂 we’re happy to assist.
 
Return Shipping Labels
For approved returns, Lumi-noble will issue a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Once received, we will either:
 
✔ send a replacement product, or
✔ issue a refund to the original payment method, per your preference.
 
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge before they have shipped. If the order has already shipped, standard return procedures will apply.
